[Bug] Graph Limits not remembered

using the latest beta on linux, I get the following behaviour

* import a couple of wavs
* select the 2nd one and go the SPL & Phase tab
* change the graph limits
* go to the 1st graph
* return to the 2nd graph
* graph limits have reverted to the original settings

If the axis settings are such that a selected measurement will not have any part of its response within the graph the graph will be shifted to make it visible.

OK, makes sense however it's still a bug, just a different one because it didn't occur to me to add one extra piece of information

That (auto update axis range) feature is not respecting a display only offset (i.e. one which has not been added to the data).

I've fixed that for the next build.
