Bug report : wrong .wav generated for square wave @96kHz

Hi, just facing this issue with REW 5.19 Beta 10 on Mac OS :
- Generator / square wave / 10Hz / Duty cycle 50% / .wav generator / 44.1kHz sampling rate --> generated file is correct https://www.dropbox.com/s/zx2zkpf9thtpr50/Square_10_50pc_44k_24-bit.wav?dl=0

- Generator / square wave / 10Hz / Duty cycle 50% / .wav generator / 96kHz sampling rate --> generated file is not correct, the square wave is at 20Hz https://www.dropbox.com/s/67fy1c7qdl3oa3s/Square_10_50pc_96k_24-bit.wav?dl=0
