(March 25, 2025) Bullet Train has announced the launch of its Professional Series HDMI cables, designed to meet the needs of A/V integrators operating in high-density, interference-prone environments. The new cables prioritize durability, signal integrity, and ease of use for installations ranging from residential home theaters to conference rooms and education settings.

Available in lengths from 0.3 to 5 meters (1 to 16.4 feet), each cable in the Professional Series supports up to 48 Gbps bandwidth and resolutions up to 8K at 60Hz (4:2:0, 10-bit). Internally, the cables feature 19 oxygen-free copper conductors (99.99% purity, 101% IACS conductivity), individually isolated within Kevlar-reinforced dielectric insulators. Multi-layer, end-to-end shielding is applied across all signal paths and the headshell to minimize radiated noise and crosstalk, helping to maintain reliable, high-speed data transmission in tight rack environments.

The proprietary headshell is built with Bullet Train's C-Lock Contact Improvement Technology. This includes a high-tensile internal spine that enhances pin contact, improves mechanical grip, and provides strain relief to prevent signal degradation over time. Both ends of the cable are serial-numbered, allowing for quick identification and simplified cable tracing across complex installations without relying on external labeling.

Aaron Doughten, Product Manager at Bullet Train, noted, “A/V racks are often a densely populated environment, with hardware and critical wiring housed together in close quarters. Our new Professional Series HDMI cables meet advanced electromagnetic compliance regulations (EMI/RFI), reducing spurious noise to achieve the cleanest possible signal path. And our exceptional headshell design ensures both maximum contact pressure when inserted into device ports as well as the most effective cable strain relief in the industry.”

Key specifications include a 100-ohm impedance rating (±10 ohms), gold-plated HDMI Type-A connectors, CE and UL certification, RoHS compliance, and bend radii of 40mm to 50mm depending on cable length. Outer cable diameters range from 6.3 mm (for up to 3-meter lengths) to 7.3 mm (for 4- and 5-meter models), with wire gauges scaling from 30 AWG to 28 AWG.

Bullet Train Professional Series HDMI cables are available now through authorized distributors and are backed by a lifetime warranty. For more details, visit www.bullettraincables.com.
