Can't download REW...Help!

I havent used REW for quite a while.

Now when I try to open it or even download it I'm told I don't have proper authorization??? How can I get TREW to download and open. I need it to use my MiniDSP... Thankl You
 
Figured it out...My Virus Blocker was stopping it from downloading and running. Working fine now.
