It is similar to the cable wars. They nickel and dime you on everything and then they raise the prices every year!

I currently pay for Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+

For me, personally, that is enough that I am willing to pay for streaming.

Star Trek Discovery

Wow, so they have two Star Trek spinoffs. Amazing.. Guess, CBS is the Star Trek Channel. lol.

They don't have very much exclusive content. Here's the link to what's exclusive on there.

And I still haven't subscribed. I intend to do it, watch all the Star Trek stuff and then cancel.

I watched the first episode last night. I liked it and it seems to be a good storyline.

As for CBS All Access, I'd give that a thumbs down. First off, it's $5.99 per month for limited commercials. When they say limited commercials it means roughly half to a third of what you would probably see in a broadcast showing. Bleh! For no commercials you have to fork out another $4 per month. Premium price for very little content!

I have a free week and then I will be cancelling. I'll probably sign back up for a month at the end of each season to binge watch the two Star Trek shows but that's about it.

These streaming providers are getting way to greedy.

I watched the 2nd Picard last night. The wife and I are hooked! Now 5 more days to watch all of the Discovery episodes and then cancel until all the Picard episodes are out.

Glad you guys like the series. I will catch it one it is on dvd/blu ray.
