convolution room correction and room curve

It export the IR of the minimum phase response generated from the system's magnitude response.

When you import an IR you need to make sure t=0 is set appropriately to see the correct phase response, otherwise the phase will include a time delay.
Amazing.

It seems to be the case above 1.6kHz. Why is it not below that frequency? Measurements done on Windows.

To ensure you use the correct t=0 times for export and import you could use the options to place t=0 at sample 256 on export and use the Analysis preference option to set t=0 at sample 256 on import.

I'm not sure what it is you are trying to establish. If the question is "When I ask REW to export the min phase IR is that what it exports?" the answer is yes. Generating minimum phase responses is subject to many caveats and restrictions, you can read about them in the help.

Oh! Thanks a lot, I'll set that up.

I'm not sure myself. Learning how to use that new toy and from time to time as I read and learn more about it, I have the feeling what I already did could have been done a better way, so I test again and compare. I was used to the stable version, so I'm a little lost in the Beta.
