We all know how convenient it is to view the RTA screen while running pink noise and making an adjustment to speaker position or angle, the convenience in having a display update while you make a physical change and watch for the result. It would be great to have a view of two impulse response plots, on the Overlays panel, and have it update the same way after adjusting a speaker or acoustical panel.
It might work something like this:
Is that a feature worth implementing in some form?

- trigger from the Overlays panel
- user waits for selected delay
- warning beep tells you a sweep is about to begin
- Left sweep
- Right sweep
- result of REW analysis displays on Overlays panel on computer screen
- user waits for selected delay
- ...
- ...
- ...
