I've recently been EQing my HT using the ASIO4All driver and a timing reference. Sometimes when I take a measurement there's a delay or distortion while the ASIO driver (or perhaps the processor) "wakes up". When that happens I click cancel so that I can re-start the measurement. However, doing that closes the measurement window. This is especially frustrating if the timing reference doesn't fire as you can't even just wait for the measurement to finish being taken.
I get that cancel when there's no measurement being taken closes the window, but if one is in progress and the cancel button is clicked, the window shouldn't close.
It would mean that you'd have to click it twice if you wanted to stop a measurement and close the window, but I suspect that most instances of cancelling a measurement would be to re-start it or to change some settings. Maybe the button label could change between close when there's no measurement taking place and cancel when one's running?
Let me know if that makes sense.
Brilliant software, by the way, unbelievably comprehensive and useful.
