Hey,

I have a question once we generate the eq filter ( txt file that contains the frequency, gain those information) where do we need to update eq values or txt file in Focusrite? Please guide me I am new to this tool So.

If the Focusrite interface has equalizing capability, look for that function in its menu.

Regards,
Wayne

Like Wayne P., I am not a Focusrite expert either, but I believe you might be referring to the collaboration between Focusrite and Sonible, allowing you to add EQ info into the Sonible utility to affect system frequency response. I can't say for certain, but it might be that you should be looking at Sonible for the place to enter those filter values.

Hey @AudiocRaver,

Thank you so much the way your are helping me out.

In short if I want to tell you I am following this video to set up 7.1.4 studio setup. Attach screen shot

Here he is using 11 active speakers and 1 subwoofer.
And for audio interface he is using focusrite.

I got your point if I will use focusrite then I do not need to use REW.

But one thing if I want to calibrate the speakers and the subwoofer individually for example out of 11 speaker I want to open some extra gain for subwoofer how can I do that. Can I do this thing inside the loopback audio software? This is the main area where I am legging myself. I tried to gather as much as info but there an dead end.

For now good night but please for sure we will chat tomorrow or we can set up some time on this. This is gonna be my dream project.

Thank you for your help.

Ridhamshah1025: Ii wish I could help you out with further detail, but I am only aware of the information I mentioned above. I have neither the Focusrite hardware/drivers, nor the Sonible software. Sorry I can't help more.
