Speaking from personal experience, I've heard Auro properly executed in demo rooms at industry shows and within my own theater room, and it can be jaw dropping! Additionally, I regularly use Auromatic upmixing to enhance legacy 7.1 and 5.1 content, and Auromatic is the only upmixer I'll use with stereo music tracks.
