Difficult to say, please post the mdat file and the spectrogram settings used.

Behaves normally for me, so I'd suspect it could be a disagreement between Java and the graphics card. Your Java runtime is a little old, 8u91, so worth trying to update that. There was also an update to the V5.19 installer on the 27th August, if you downloaded before that worth re-installing. If neither of those fix it try the workaround in this thread.
