from engadget,

"How did eBay seller Adam "kilamad" Malik manage the stunning feat of collecting some 21,000 rare, out of print, 4K, Blu-ray, HD-DVD, DVD, Laserdisc, VHS and Beta films?

He is currently selling his collection on ebay for $1M..

here is a video of his collection that was taken in 2015 - 15k movies at that time.

Bah, movies aren't like books or fine art. There is no real collectability to them. Good luck to this guy, but I will be shocked if he gets 1 million dollars. Sounds more like a stunt to prove his perceived wealth.

I am amazed that he still kept all the original boxes, etc. I usually just take the DVD out and put it in an album.

Also, amazing that he has that much extra income to get movies.

1 million! no way he will get that. nice collection but he might be lucky to get on average $5 per movie.

Lot of depreciation on used movies that is for sure. :)
