Help interpreting before and after measurements

I am building a home recording studio, and I made measurements of my monitor speakers before installing acoustic treatment on the ceiling and then repeated them after installation.

I am new to REW and would appreciate someone reviewing the four measurements in the attached data file:

Left speaker before treatment
Left speaker after treatment
Right speaker before treatment
Right speaker after treatment

The before measurements seem believable, but the after measurements do not seem believable. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

There is a sample rate mismatch in the After measurements, looks like something in the chain is operating at a different rate, maybe 96kHz.
