I had time aligned two subs w/o too much trouble with my NAD AVR but nothing but issues with my 1140.
I just got my laptop to talk to the AVR but can only use Java drivers and not any flavor of Asio. With my NAD per EP 7 Hometheaterguru I just changed the sub x-over
to 250 HZ in the AVR and bypass on the one powered sub. I need to add a third sub and the 1140 is different. There is a LFE crossover selection and the highest it goes is 120 Hz and each set of speakers has an individual crossover--max is 200 Hz.
Set LFE to 120 and fronts to 200? I don't really understand what REW sends to the AVR with the Java drivers. Thanks for any help.

With Java drivers on Windows output will go to the front left/right, so you would be relying on bass redirection to send the content to the sub. That uses the individual speaker crossover setting, the LFE setting is used for the LFE channel in multichannel content.

Thank you so much for clarifying. Fronts to 200 Hz it is and back in business.
