How to use acoustic timing reference exactly??

Guys,

Today i got a chance to do a quick run of IR practice. I am not sure if i am doing right , the output look a bit weird to me, i attached here the REW file, appreciate if any of you would do a review and help me for correction.

As mentioned, i am now using the left tweeter as my timing reference (L channel) with following measurements of the Right channel drivers:

Left MR
Left MB
Right TW
Right MR
Right MB

i also bypass LPF for all measurement drivers.

a UMIK-1 usb connection from laptop and laptop bluetooth to DSP for the process.
