Probably, assuming the interface just returns values corresponding to the voltages at the CH A and CH B inputs.

It works, the circuit diagram was developed by an Italian magazine which unfortunately failed (Nuova Elettronica).
The circuit consists of a PCM2902 audio chip with usb interface and an input and output buffer in addition to the power supply circuit. But if you already have a sound card to make the measurements it is not convenient to use that circuit, but you should make a simple circuit that I am attaching to insert at the input of your sound card and which is recommended to be used by another very interesting software that it's called Arta. https://artalabs.hr
