install4j wizard disappear

I use Windows10 in my Dell laptop,
and when I try to install REW 5.18,
a small window appears that says
"Room EQ wizard is preparing the install4J wizard..."
but the small windows disappears and doesn't go further.

I installed Java, tried to install in safety mode,
turned off firewall, vaccines,
ran with administrator rights, but didn't help.

Does anybody has the same experience?
Anybody who knows the solution?

but just as 5.18, the installation window disappeared,
nothing happened.

So I brought a new laptop and tried once again.
This time, after the small installation window,
this error message appeared.

The Java(TM) VM could not be started. Please restart
the installation. You may use the parameter "/manual"
to download or manually select a different VM.

Log:
C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\i4j_nlog_4.log

Do you have any idea how to fix this issue?

Not something I recall seeing before. Which installer are you using? Easiest is probably the installer with JRE so Java doesn't need to be installed.

Just tried to install REW for the first time and seeing the exact same error:

I 've just found this problem too, but solved by install jre 32 bit (64 bit not work at all) from this link http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html

As above it didn't work for me too.
What worked was installing JRE manually. The inline version has a bug.

Which installer did you use, Dvir? There are 4 versions for Windows. And which JRE did you install?
