No, though you can use Ctrl+Alt+F to fit the display to the whole span of the IR to get back to an overview of the response.

John, if there are many measurements open, is there a keyboard shortcut to change the smoothing for all of them at the same time?

No, but the All SPL graph has a control to do that. The Shortcuts are listed in the help.
