Oh yeah... as long as you hardwire your Strato V to your network, you won't have a problem experiencing super fast downloads, which will make it easy to swap out movies. Would it be more convenient to have massive storage on site? Yes. But with 10 movie storage and command over using the app, you'll easily be able to shuffle titles in and out with a little planning.

As a movie fan, Kscape has completely changed how I interact with movies - it's awesome... my favorite piece of home theater equipment!

Thanks Todd, I really do feel Im okay with off loading movies as I get new ones. As long as I have a way to remember what I already purchased then I'm good. I would like to get some storage down the road but now it looks like I might spend that cash on the lower cost Mad VR. Some great options right now.

If the menu system is anything like the Strato C, then you'll see the movies you've purchased but deleted in your library... but they'll be greyed out (so you can't select them). Also, in the app there's a "My Movies" menu selection where you can initiate deletions and downloads. And... if you're in the movie store on the app or via the onscreen menu system, if you click on something you own, it will indicate that you've already purchased it.

So, lots of ways to skin the cat - but, yes, you'll clearly know what you haven't purchased.

Here's a tip - when using the app, you can bookmark movies you're interested in. As they go on sale, you'll receive notifications.

Agree: LOT'S of exciting gear out there!

Todd, are you speaking of the OSD on the Strato C itself? Mine does not do that, it would only show the content that was downloaded to my server - this is a very highly requested feature, but one that has gone unanswered. You can go into the store interface on the Strato and see everything, but not on the main menu.

The app is the key to seeing everything you've purchased. And if you have an iPad or an Apple Silicon Mac, you can install the "Second Screen" app, which give you an on-device version of the Strato OSD, but again, only what's downloaded. Not sure how that app interfaces with the V and its unique display.

Wish listing is definitely the way to go to watch for sales, but it can also be EXPENSIVE! :)

Yes.

That's weird... I have a few titles that are greyed out. I just assumed I'd accidentally deleted them!

@Aburguy - looks like I gave you some misinformation!
