This listing is for a Kaleidescape 88TB Terra Server with a factory warranty until 01-29-2028, almost 3 years. This Terra Server was pulled out of an existing installation in an estate home so the previous owner could upgrade to a larger server; therefore, it is fully functional and is running the latest firmware as of the time of this listing. This server was installed in an equipment rack, so it has some very minor scratches on the top; but as you can see in the pictures, it is still in very good cosmetic condition. This unit can hold up to 1,400 4K movies from the Kaleidescape store. This unit is also priced equivalently to a current model half its capacity, so you can save big on storage - $15,995, same as a Terra Prime 48 without the sales tax!
Please NOTE: this listing is only for the Terra Server itself. It does not have any movies downloaded onto it, and it does not include anything in the box other than the server and it's included accessories - power cord and network cable. Importantly, it does NOT include other equipment that is required for a functional Kaleidescape system, such as a Kaleidescape player, nor does it include other optional accessories, such as a remote control or rack ears.
In addition, I can provide basic installation support via email (the Kaleidescape installation guide is also available to download). Please make sure you are familiar with how to add this server to an existing system prior to purchasing it (or that you have an authorized Kaleidescape Dealer who is going to install it for you).
I will ship the server via insured Ground shipping at buyer’s expense, in an OEM shipping box to the lower 48 only. Please check my feedback on eBay, AVSForum, or Kscape Owners Forum and buy with confidence.
