measure freq sweep from external source?

I have a signal generator app on an Apple TV 4K that can generate 7 second frequency sweeps in DD 5.1, DD 7.1, and Atmos 9.1.6. Is there a good way to measure those sweeps using REW? I can use RTA and look at Peak, but is there a better way?
