I have an older Audix TR40. Is there a way I can get a calibration file for it? Thanks.

You could send it to Cross Spectrum Labs and they can create one specifically for your mic. Lacking that, your best bet would be to see if Audix can provide you with a frequency response chart. With that you could create a calibration file. However, the Audux response chart would be generic, not specific to your mic. It would be better than nothing, but not as good as a custom calibration like Cross Spectrum could provide.

Thanks, Wayne. I just sent a message to Cross Spectrum to find out if they can do it and for how much. I know I can get a decent mic with a calibration file for about $150, so I’ll see what they say. Thanks for the reply.
