Original Series

I just finished watching the "Ozark" series. Wow. What a series. This is definitely not for family viewing that is for sure. Acting is amazing and every episode there is a lot of suspense. Can't wait for season 2. :)

Have you guys watched "Peaky Blinders" ?

It is on netflix, I believe it was on BBC channel as well..

I am watching on netflix, recommended.

Surprised there have been no mentions of Orphan Black yet. Fantastic series. Also Comrade Detective on Amazon Prime.

The rest of my list:

Stranger Things
House of Cards
Gotham
Fringe
Designated Survivor
Bob's Burgers
Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street
on Amazon Prime was great for my pre-teen son

I need to watch Ozark. Is it like Breaking Bad?

Somewhat similar concept, where a common man gets in over his head with the various criminal elements.

I liked both Breaking Bad and Ozark.. Check out the first episode. :)

Looks like I'll have to check it out.

Simple answer is yes. Different but the same. Great acting especially if you like Jason Bateman.

Been watching the first season of " The Defenders" starring Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, The Iron Fist and DareDevil verse The Hand. Pretty good so far. They say it is a warmup for the new season of The Punisher.

So far, I am enjoying "Peaky Blinders". Similar to "“Boardwalk Empire", set in the same time period but of course this is set in England instead of the States. :)

I greatly enjoyed the first season.. Just haven't had time to catch season 2 yet. :)

Godless... best western in many, many years (Hell on Wheels started of with a bang but then??). Not quite sure about Sam Waterston, Scott McNairy and Jack O'Connell but still... Well worth watching.
Cinematography is outstanding, beautifully shot!

Had a lot of flight time and hotel time for a work trip over the holiday. I watched Channel Zero: Candle Cove (SyFy) and Manhunt: Unabomber (Netflix) in their entirety. Enjoyed them both, especially the Unabomber show.

Just jumped on the Ozark bandwagon. Very entertaining. Gotta wonder if the big three just don't know what they are doing anymore or if people are not shopping them first? AMC, Netflix, HBO, Showtime seem to be getting all the good ones with Hulu, Amazon and a few others grabbing one here and there.

Watched The Handmaid's Tale. Seem to recall enjoying the book (20 years ago?) and this Hulu series has gotten some pretty good press. For me, it was worth watching, but didn't live up to the hype. Maybe I need to revisit the book

I'm about halfway through season one and loving it. Gotta hold back for evenings when the fam can gather around the TV and stay caught up together.

Lesson: STAY CLEAR OF THOSE CARTELS!

Now we need an a Roku app that allows you to watch episodes and hide your progress so fam members don't know you cheated and watched without them.

Got caught up on Frontier, next up and looking forward to The End of the Fxxxing World. Looks like it may be darkly amusing and entertaining.

Crashing on HBO was hilarious!
