Preamp for Earthworks M23R

I need a to buy a descent preamp for an Earthworks M23R. I was using a RME UC interface that had an internal Mic preamp but this unit does not play well with Jriver, and now I am going to get Lynx Hilo for an interface and i find myself needing a descent Preamp to use with it when I run REW. I hope to find a good budget one and I would appreciate some recommendations,

I have a UMIK 1 and I have been advised to run the MIC through my audio interface when I use Audiolense for my DSP. It gets into timing issues.

I would go for this type of preamps. Those are very colored preamps you need the most transparent one, Fireface UC is a much better option, you don’t need another pre.
When it comes to drivers apart from the MacOS USB class drives I do not know more stable driver than RME’s.

You want very low latency… and an acceptable ADC , 24bit or better
