Problem using XTZ Microphone Pro and REW

Hi guys,

I'm new to REW and would like to integrate my subs better using REW and MiniDSP 2x4HD. Currently I just use Dirac to 'better' the sound. I tried installing REW and in preferences I selected the correct output device which is my ARCAM AVR and I selected my Microphone which is listed as USB audio device. In WIN10 I tested the microphone without problems, it also works perfectly under Dirac. I loaded the calibration file.
When I want to test the mic in REW and use the SPL meter nothing changes, even with a pinknoise test there is no change in DB which sticks around 50DB. I tried to install ASIO4ALL v2 but in the control panel the USB audio device remains idle, I can't activate it.
I'm out of options and need some help as I have been spending hours finding a sollution but to no avail...
Some help would be nice.

Can you post a screenshot of your REW soundcard preferences? Probably also worth attaching the file REW generates when clicking the "Generate debug file..." button on the soundcard preferences and the cal file.

I got it to work and I don't know how, the only problem now is that under ASIO when I try to play pink noise I get cracking in the sound coming out of my speaker like it's clipping. But the SPL works now.

Increase the buffer size in ASIO4All, can just set it to max.

That solved it, no more cracking sound. I can now move on to measuring...
