REW fails to import this text file

I exported this file from Audacity's FFT. REW only imports up to 343Hz. If I delete everything up to 350Hz REW complains there is nothing to import. Also attached is a second file from Audacity that works fine.

There was a -100 dB lower limit on SPL values for imports. That bit of code is 14 years old, so I don't recall why that was there, but I've removed it for the next beta.
