From the REW Help files:
"The triple tone generator provides an additional stimulus for intermodulation distortion measurements. It has presets for versions according to Borberly, Cordell and Klingelnberg ...
For a discussion of these signals see Klingelnberg, Arndt: Non-linear distortion revisited, 29th Tonmeistertagung, VDT International Convention, November 2016. "
Does anybody have access to the paper that this cites? I am very interested in the provenance of the Klingelnberg test and I cannot find a source.
I do have access to info. on the Borberly and Cordell metrics. But I have no idea what the particular benefits of the Klingelnberg test might be.
