REW v20 freezing on soundcard calibration at 98%

I am running the most current version of REW on a Windows 10 laptop (core I7). I measured my soundcard by jumpering the headphone output to the microphone input. I was able to get a pretty good reading with flat FR and THD less than .07. When I tried to calibrate the sound card everthing went OK until the measurement got to 98%, at which point it got stuck and the program froze. I tried to reload the program and run calibration again several times and the same thing happened. I received no error message.

I believe that was fixed in the last V5.20 release candidate Tom, have you installed V5.20 RC4?

My REW says it's up to date when I check for updates, REW JRE1.8.0_202 64 bit on Windows 10.

The update check doesn't work on the V5.20 release candidates as they have the same version number, please install the latest build from the downloads area.
