Google translate to the rescue. I gather the problem is the dialog being cut off due to screen size? That screen shot is 1024x600, the REW help does say 1024x768 is the minimum supported screen size. I can get rid of the heading in the results area, it is redundant anyway. That means the parameters up to QTS are visible. I'll do that for the next beta, otherwise you'll have to write them out to file, I'm afraid.

Note that you can also try reducing the font size REW uses in the View preferences, that may help.

Don't see anything about file corruption? The installer seems convinced you don't have a 64-bit JRE, did you follow the link to download one?

thank for your reply. Following your commentary, I have uninstalled all older versions of java an installed the latest called "jre-8u191-windows-x64" du 16 octobre 2018. I will see what happens next time I will update REW and report.

I usualle use Firefox instead of Explorer. I was following the instruction of Java web site saying to dowmload the 32 bit and the 64 bit versions because Firefox did not seems to be 64 bit. Now I only have the 64 bits of Java and Rew is fine and Firefox too...I am an electronics-computer dinosaure...

Hey, first post since this all moved to AV NIRVANA. Just installed 5.19 on my Mac on 10.13.6 and I've noticed two bugs.

1. Every time I start REW I get a pop up telling me that 5.19 is out and that I can download an update.
2. I'm using a UMIK-1 with a cal file and I keep getting asked if I want to use it for measurement and it wants pointing at the cal file. Why isn't this being cached in some profile/config file?

Are you sure it is not telling you about 5.20 beta 1?

It is, though it won't be if you disconnect the mic before closing REW or if you don't either let REW select the mic as an input or select it in the REW soundcard preferences yourself.

OK, that's as expected - running 5.19 and being told about 5.20 beta 1.

Edit: the changes box could highlight that it is 5.20 beta 1 changes from 5.19, I'll do that in future.
