RTS measurement Stops

Hello everyone,
I have the following problem: I start the generator (with periodic pink noise) and then switch to the RTA window and start the measurement with the Record button.

It works perfectly for 3-5 seconds - but then stops - and an error message appears: "Sound card did not provide any input data from sound card" - but the generator continues to run audibly via the soundcard output.

Does anyone have any ideas?

What OS are you running? What version of REW? What sample rate? What interface?

Apple Sonoma 14.6.1, REW V5.31.3, Steinberg UR44C, 44,1Khz
Note: I briefly noticed that there was a small counter in the record button that counted up to 100 - after that the RTA measurement stopped - maybe it's a setting issue?

In the Mac's Audio Midi Setup utility check that the UR44C input and output are set to the same sample rate as the rate selected in REW.

The counter in the button is the percentage of data required to start the FFT processing.

If the sample rates are correct try starting the RTA before starting the generator, some interfaces on Mac seem a bit picky about that.
