Stepped sine level bug

stepped sine does not let you input a level of 0dbfs when 0db is set to full scale sine.

would also be cool if in the RTA screen the 0dbfs voltage would change to -3dbfs voltage if the option for 0db full scale sine is unchecked.

I have fixed that.

I have changed the input and output scaling controls to use "FS sine Vrms" instead of "0 dBFS Vrms" so the figure is independent of the "Full scale sine rms is 0 dBFS" setting.
