Using REW with no HDMI Connections

I have a 2 channel integrated amplifier with no HDMI connection. Is it possible to use REW with UMIK-1 for subwoofer placement without HDMI connections?

Sure, just use an analog output from your computer (e.g. headphone output) or audio interface to connect to the sub.

So use a cable with 3.5mm jack to rca plugs and connect to rca inputs on integrated amplifier?

Yes, that's fine to send signals to left and right channels. How is your sub connected?

It is connected to the sub out on the amplifier.

The amp should redirect content to the sub according to the settings you've made for that then, so all sounds fine.
