Visual bugging while using tones and other functions

HI, all
I started messing around with this software to try to calibrate my speakers, i DIY with a friend,
I brouth a crossover, and started using it with my 2.1 speakers i had on my pc, but it sounded strange compare to the originals, in order to finds the sound problem and finds the crossover points i try this, in order to test it out i made a quick fix to test the woofers, i join the wires of the woofer that came with the box on the output so that i could send all the frequency to the DIY speaker i made.
The problem with software i don't understand what it is, the problem is it just starts placing stuff ove all the others while the functions remain in the original place, i unnistall the older version and just after i installed the new one it gave the same problem. also if you have any tips for the DIY speaker i would apreciate.

For the problem with the graphics run the installer again but uncheck the box to use hardware graphics acceleration.
