My take on chicken Florentine. Chicken stuffed with a rich mixture of cheeses and spinach, rolled into chicken thighs, and roasted in the oven. Then served over a bed of garlic sautéed spinach and a spinach garlic bechamel.

Gauntlet thrown!

I'll take a pic of my peanut butter and pickle sandwich... later... :hide:

Wow, impressive.

Makes my microwavable food look bad but I will still eat it. :)

lol. Today, wife wanted Indian food so today, no microwave. We ordered chicken biryani from the local Indian Restaurant near us and it was yummy.
Even my kids love it and that is saying something since they are very picky eaters.

I’ll hop in this fine dining thread and show you how we do it. How about some homemade chili mac?

That's lasagna from a few nights ago. I forgot to take a pic of it on a plate.

No no no, you have to show it plated.

I like my chili Mac with cheese and green onions!
My apologies for not properly displaying our cuisine. Where are my manners? Stay tuned for 4th meal.

Do you think I eat too much meat?

It's Russian. Tefteli. A Russian meatball made with ground meat, rice, and cooked in a tomato/sourcream sauce.

Matt - You put some serious effort into your in-home food presentation! That Russian meatball looks delicious!

I agree. Plus he give a super close shot as well. Those two wings look huge! I would need like 50 of those chicken wings to get full.

Hah I had a basket of wings in wait. I just didn't want to pile them on my plate. I also had couscous because that's a reasonable side for hot wings.

They are really good, and super simple. It's meat, rice, and onion. You fry them like any meatball and then add the sourcream and tomato sauce mixture. In Russia they often use ketchup.

Here's a little meal I whipped up for me and the kids last night. My wife was out at a work event... so I throttled back just a tad:

Wow progressive dad! Giving your kids beer.

I don't think I could afford the raw ingredients to cook that meal.

LOL... beer is for me ;-) The milk was cut out of the picture.

Smoked ribs, cornbread, steamed veggies and cole slaw. Yummy!

My humble breakfast burrito!

Just started the grill. My sons and daughters BDay party today. Too bad I’ve got to go to work in 10 hrs.
