I drove down to Kingston, 196km drive to buy a bouquet of roses and drop them off at my g/f work. Its her first bouquet in 40+ years and I was bound determined to give it to her instead of having a courier deliver them to her.

While my wife was visiting her mom yesterday, she dug out all their old albums and brought them home. About 50 albums. A couple of 78s that actually play short of a few pops here and there. I cleaned up a few and have been listening to them. I can't believe how good they sound given how they look.
