What are you listening to right now?

I listened to this album again. I really like it. Its well produced and the songs are really interesting.

This album is an abbreviated song-by-song response to Liz Phair's "Exile in Guyville", which was itself a song-by-song response to The Rolling Stones' "Exile on Main Street."

We didn't have the budget to do a double album to match the 18 song inspiration, but we did pretty well. The songs are all written from the point of view of the various 'guys' that Liz Phair dumped along the way.

Well, I’ll show my lack of music sophistication by saying I don’t follow any of that.
But, I like the music on the album though! :) Well done!

I'm visiting my daughter and family. All my hosts are napping so I;m down listening to a few tunes on the system I built for them.

This morning I have "The Eagles" radio station on Pandora rocking while prep for a review. In fact, The Beetles "Here Comes the Sun" just kicked-in (which, with the big storm that's about to dump rain, is a good pick me up).

So... begs the question: What are you listening to right now?

Roon served up an excellent blues playlist today. Some I’ve listened to before and some I heard for the first time. As group… A+. Started listening in the car and then continued on an extended walk.

I listened to Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5, "The Emperor" from this haul. (bottom left CD) I can finally stop looking for another recording of this. Its very well done and Im happy with it. As always, Beethoven always moves me to tears with SO MUCH emotion in his works, it overwhelms me.

I listened to Amy Winehouse yesterday for the first time.
