Jets fired their head coach... hmmmm.

It is a bit ironic that Sam Darnold has taken the Vikings to a 5-0 start after JJ McCarthy's pre-season injury. Sam got benched by Carolina, who also recently benched their #1 draft pick from two years ago, Bryce Young. Bryce has not done well because he keeps getting sacked and doesn't have receivers who can't get open. Sam got traded from the Jets to Carolina. The Jets can't win with a Super Bowl winning QB (Aaron Rodgers). I can't help but believe these QB's coming out of college that are supposedly really good, have to pair up with a team that is good. Sam could blow it before the year is over, then we'll know it was him, but if he continues to do well, we can learn it was likely the teams he was with and the coaching of those teams that led to his QB demise with the first two teams he played for... teams who can't seem to win regardless of who they get as QB because they don't have the coaching and the remainder of the team surrounding the QB to make it work.

From what I can tell from listening to sports talk radio, the Jets fired Robert Saleh due to Aaron.. there have been perceptions of "tension" between Rogers and Saleh.
