Was literally just texting with the singer of my band about the Beatles, and how Wings was my gateway to work backwards into the Beatles. My only Beatles exposure as a kid was the really early stuff my mom liked. College exposed me to Wings and I worked backwards from there.

Since you mentioned The Beatles, let me throw this out there, in case anyone is interested. These 2 albums were remixed in 2023 by Giles Martin (George Martin's son, The Beatles producer). I believe Paul McCartney was also involved. As someone who lived through that period, I think these mixes bring out things that were hidden in the early years.

When my son was younger, we listened to a LOT of Imagination Movers. They're fantastic. Like Barenaked Ladies except they're SUPPOSED to be for kids, not just coincidentally.

Even saw them live once, fantastic show.
