Thank you AV NIRVANA for the warm welcome!

Jeff, great to have you on the forum!

Folks, Jeff is the owner of JTR!

Jeff are prices for a single speaker or pairs?

I am guessing the pricing is for a single speaker but just wanted to clarify is all.

The price is for each speaker.

New 2018 models are starting to ship.

4899 for the 228HTR! :rubeyes::)

Great to have a thread for JTR

One thing you can count on with JTR is outstanding product support and a very quality product! I've owned JTR speakers and subs and can't speak highly enough about the product and Jeff Permanian.

Jeff has handled product support issues even outside of warranty. Outstanding.

So jealous of all that get to attend. Someday I would love to hear the JTR speaker lineup. Still basing my own ideas off of their main models. (215RM)

Dennis, you're in for a treat! I'm really curious to know what flick you guys watch!

Ready Player One

I may have turned in up a little for the race scene. Matthew Poes pulled out his phone.

WOW. Hope earplugs were available... that's some good dBs!!

Matt, your meter needs one more result:

"Outcome: deaf"

Indeed, lots of dBs. Remembering that clean dBs don't SOUND as loud as dBs that are edging toward distortion, that means they can be a little more dangerous to hearing. A good reminder to all

Jeff... get me an address (S&V) and I'll send a box of tissues!

I wish I could have been there to hear your creations sing!

The sound levels were not harmful, the high SPL readings are peak and we encounter those types of peaks many times in real life. Those types of capabilities are necessary to achieve life-like sound.
